How to join primary care?
Submit a declaration at reception or through the Internet Patient Account.
- 01Choose CM Skopia
In the Internet Patient Account, select the facility, family doctor and nurse. Women can also select a midwife.
- 02Confirm the declaration
The declaration can be submitted electronically or in person at 79 Josepha Conrada Street.

Monday–Friday 8:00–18:00. Sample collection: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 7:30–12:00.

Prevention
Programmes provided within primary care
Cardiovascular disease prevention
Risk factor assessment, measurements and tests ordered in accordance with the prevention programme.
Tuberculosis prevention
Medical history assessment and health education provided by a primary care nurse for eligible people.
Colorectal screening
Information about programme availability and qualification for colonoscopy is provided by the appointments team.
